Come enjoy a true ranch experience at Pretty Horses Rescue! Nestled in the hills just 20 minutes South of Rosarito and one hour south of San Diego you'll find this beautiful old world Adobe cabin. This luxurious cabin will allow you to unwind and breath in the fresh air. Look out your window and enjoy the 30+ horses grazing right outside the gate. Take a trail ride through the oak trees. Hike the canyons & enjoy the stars that you can't see in the city.
The space
A one room cozy Adobe cabin with all of the modern luxuries you desire at a real working horse rescue ranch. The cabin has a full size kitchen with refrigerator, stove top and BBQ. Modern bathroom and shower as well as a very comfy queen size bed! You have a private patio to view the hawks soaring over the valley, horses playing in the pasture and breathtaking sunset views over the ocean. Only 2 miles from the beach this little place is a true getaway.

You are welcome to enjoy the ranch where the many goats, sheep, pigs and chickens live, as well as to love on the 30+ horses and rescue dogs that just love your attention. There is also a swimming pool, riding arena and training pen. Trail rides are offered at additional cost as well as wine tasting at our on site “Black Cross Wines” tasting room. Other things to note
This is an actual horse ranch so a pair of closed toe shoes is recommended. If you don't like animals this may not be the place for you. If you do like animals, you may never want to leave. Our goal is to provide a place of relaxation where you can enjoy the beauty of nature and meet some wonderful animals.
